Our company is engaged in the selection of naval personnel for various ships and civil fleets, as well as the selection of personnel for various industries and enterprises.
We do not charge seafarers and other candidates for in accordance with international legal standards, since in accordance with Art. 4 of Convention No. 179 of the International Labor Organization "On the Recruitment and Placement of Seafarers" (adopted in Geneva on 22.10.1996 at the 84th session of the ILO General Conference), ratified by the Russian Federation Federal Law of 10.07.2001 No. 88-FZ, a member state, through national legislation or applicable regulations, ensures that seafarers are not required to pay, directly or indirectly, in full or in part, any fees or other costs in connection with their recruitment or provision of work. This provision is duplicated in paragraph 9.7 of the Guidelines of the Ministry of Transport of Russia dated 18.03.1998 No. 31.9.01-98, according to which, seafarers in the process of hiring or employment are not directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, charged with any fees or other costs in connection with their hiring or provision of work.
Minimum set of documents for a seaman:
- Seaman's Book
- Seaman's ID
- International passport
- Internal passport of the Russian Federation or the country of citizenship of the sailor
- Certificate of Competence
- Survival Craft & Rescue Boats Certificate
- Certificate of NBZhS (Basic training)
- Ship Security Awareness Certificate
- Certificate of passing a medical examination
- Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate
