Course Description:

On-site managers and other persons responsible for health and safety (managers, safety advisers/officers, safety representatives, etc.)

Goals

To assist program participants in selecting and creating the appropriate style and tone for conducting the Security Observation and Conversation (SOC) process in a real work environment, providing managers with the opportunity to conduct conversations with employees and contractors to achieve the desired outcome in reducing both human and process risks for the safety of manufacturing processes.

The program aims to provide opportunities to practice SOC security conversation techniques in a learning environment as part of the preparation process for application in the workplace.

  • Identifying the skills and behaviors needed for effective SOC conversations
  • Possibility of checking (self-checking) the SOC conversation process
  • Practical application of skills and behavior patterns in each practical role-playing scenario
  • Analysis and management of the SOC process, its execution, quality of results and impact on workplaces
