MINIMUM LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR WORKING ON A SHIP:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>Seaman's Identity Card + Seaman's Book
Foreign passport
General civil passport
International Medical Certificate for Work at Sea
(with a term of not less than the term of the contract)
Certificate of passing the drug test
Tax Inspectorate Identification Number
Personal medical record - for all food service personnel and
crew members associated with water intake
Diplomas, certificates, confirmations - according to the position

TANKER CERTIFICATE of completion of familiarization training, for rank and file personnel and command personnel of the operational level, indicating the position held<\/td>STCW-78\/95Paragraph 1, Rules V\/1<\/td>TANKER CERTIFICATE of completion of specialized training, for captains, chief mates, chief engineers, second engineers and other persons directly responsible for loading, unloading and precautions during transportation or handling of cargo, indicating the position held and the type of tanker (oil tanker, chemical tanker, gas tanker)<\/td>STCW-78\/95Paragraphs 1 and 2, Regulation V\/1<\/td>CERTIFICATE of completion of courses in tank cleaning with crude oil for officers and ratings of oil tankers<\/td>CERTIFICATE of completion of courses on working with inert gas systems<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

2. FOR WORK ON PASSENGER SHIPS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
