The main program of vocational training \u2014 the retraining program for workers employed in the profession of &quot;Pumpman (Donkerman) Driver&quot; of the 4th category (hereinafter referred to as the Program) is intended for the retraining of workers from among those who already have the profession of a worker Motorman and\/or the employee position of a Qualified Motorman, who have the profession of a worker Sailor and\/or the employee position of a Qualified Sailor, in order to obtain a new profession of a worker &quot;Pumpman (Donkerman) Driver&quot; of the 4th category for the performance of technological operations (labor actions) in accordance with the qualification requirements of the Unified Tariff and Qualification Handbook of Workers&#039; Jobs and Professions \u2014 ETKS-52, Section II &quot;Sea and River Transport&quot;, Paragraph 11 &quot;Pumpman (Donkerman) Driver&quot;. The program is aimed at developing professional competencies (labor functions) included in the professional standard (functional map of the type of professional activity) and obtaining the qualification of a Pumpman (Donkerman) for the first time. The goal of the Program is to train Pumpman (Donkerman) in accordance with international requirements and national standards of the Russian Federation. Program objectives: developing professional competencies of a strictly defined focus that meet international requirements and national standards of the Russian Federation for the types of professional activity (labor functions) of a Pumpman (Donkerman); obtaining theoretical knowledge and practical skills for working as a Pumpman (Donkerman) on seagoing vessels.
