3.5 billion rubles will be allocated to support shipbuilding

Such funds are included in the state budget for the coming years.

The State Duma adopted in the second reading the draft federal budget for 2023 and the planning period of 2024 and 2025, the press service of the State Duma of the Russian Federation reports. During the consideration by the Budget Committee, a block of amendments by senators and deputies from different factions was supported, providing for the redistribution of 58.9 billion rubles in certain areas.

According to the federal project "Stimulating demand for domestic products of the shipbuilding industry", 3.5 billion rubles will be allocated annually from 2023 to 2025. State support for the implementation of investment projects in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation will be allocated: in 2023 — 2,618 billion rubles, in 2024 — 2,502 billion rubles, in 2025 — 1 billion rubles.

 

The Committee also supported the Government's amendments on the redistribution and distribution of previously reserved funds. As part of these amendments, in particular, subsidies to Rosmorport in the amount of 2.5 billion rubles will be allocated in 2023 for dredging the Volga-Caspian Sea Shipping Channel.
